Our Background
Dan began his construction journey at the age of fourteen, working alongside his father. Building quickly became a passion, ingrained in him from a young age. He started as an insulator, then moved on to framing, and eventually became a finish carpenter. This hands-on experience gave Dan a comprehensive understanding of the entire building process.
In 2005, Dan realized his goal of owning his own business and founded Masterpiece Homes, specializing in custom home construction. A decade later, in 2015, he restructured the company to focus more on small commercial projects and rebranded it as Icon Builders LLC. Since 2005, Dan has successfully managed his business, incorporating the quality and attention to detail he learned throughout his career into every project.
When he’s not busy building, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and embracing the outdoors. He loves fishing, camping, hiking, biking, running, and swimming—anything that lets him connect with nature alongside his loved ones.
